If one focuses on whatever new comes out, absolutely, there is no time to replay old games.

I'm probably the opposite, though: being so sloooooow at playing games gives me the freedom to choose what to play, regardless of what the trend is. A few months back, I played Curse of Monkey Island (1997) with my son for a few weeks. Then, I had my Kingdom Rush rush for another few weeks. Then I played a couple of interactive fiction pieces from the 90s.

(Or perhaps, I'm just... stuck in the past?)
